iii. Develop dashboards and KPI reports (claims ratio, premium trends, coverage utilization) for management.
iv. Generate standard and customized SAP reports; support reporting automation and improvements.
v. Coordinate with IT/SAP teams, resolve data discrepancies, and maintain documentation of reporting processes. |
